Appearence on Manjaro Linux 2014

I've been looking for this application for 2 weeks since I installed this Operating system.

So this is where most of the OS tweaking takes place. And the reason i couldn't find was because I was looking for it in the settings applications. I love this about Linux that everything is an application.
