It's really simple Arch Linux is an empty void that you can feel with any software options, this include from installing the file manager of your choice to the color of folder you'd like to have.
Alright Arch needs a lot of work to get started, even though there are good tutorials on the Arch website. And Manajro Linux is an extension of Arch and has a file manager, an package manager with basic software already pre-installed. That's the simple difference. So i choose Linux, I choose Manjaro Linux

Manjaro Linux boot up 2014
I didn't know but when I was booting up Manjaro Linux it took less than 12 seconds, but now with Manjaro Linux Gnome its taking close to a minute, this would not be good for Business.
Luckily I'm using this distro for my personal uses at this point. Still choose linux

Would I change this distribution [Manjaro Linux Gnome]
No!
Because I have invested a lot into making it what it is, I have un-installed a lot of applications that were pre-installed and installed a lot more using-
up a lot of data, so I will never change this distribution only to loose so much of the customization I have made.
I will continue to tweak this distribution over time and when I have gotten all I wanted from it and have mustered it I will then move to another distribution. I'm planning to use this distribution for a full 2 years after which i might move on to KDE, but will see when that time comes.
I have put in a lot of investment into making making Manjaro Linux what it is and I'm quit happy with what I have so I wont change it completely until a time comes when I have to.

an Interesting Linux Game - Cogs
I first saw this game years ago when I was 1st introduced to Linux and I lived just how well this game is made, its really amazing just how refined this application/ game looks. The main site for Cogs.

installing recordMyDesktop, kazam doesn't work
I can't seem to get kazam to work, and at this point my Blog I need to be using video to show my experiences with Linux, but I can't seem to get it working correctly. It seems to me an incomplete application.
So I've installed record my desktop and i need to play with it and see if it works as expected
i couldn't find the installed record my desktop application so I installed the rest of the options on pac man manager and yes i found 2 applications installed the GTK and the Qt version. So I will be testing them out to see which one is better.
So I'll be updating on just how well these applications are working. Choose Linux

Installing Google chrome on Manjaro Linux 2014
I've just completed an installation of Google Chrome into my system, my daily driver "Manjaro Linux Gnome" and I want to say that I prefer Chrome always.
So even when I was using Windows, Chrome was my Browser of Choice. I first used default IE but quickly changed to Opera and Firefox, it was only latter that I decided to stick with Google Chrome, and the main reason was because of the Google web store, that made it fun to use this browser, though up until now it still doesn't have all the applications for power users.
The main positive that convinces me and confirms that I'm making the right choice is the spelling checker in this on-line pad I'm currently using to write this post. In Firefox I had to beg in order to see wrongly typed words, but with Google Chrome I can see spellings in real time.
One negative was that immediately after installing Google Chrome the entire system froze and I had to reboot the computer to have it working again. I thought you never need to reboot Linux unless you upgrade the kernel. But it seems I have to reboot every time after installing an Application.
Speed, I was writing an assessment 2 days back using Firefox the assessment was timed and couldn't get Firefox to respond in time, this is the primary reason I have opted to change my default web browsers.
I'm told its never a good idea to have 1 browser installed, rather have 2 or more, so I won't un-install Firefox 29 though I will seldom use it.
